Cancel or return an order

Use this page to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, cancel an eligible online purchase, or request a return from Glodinas Holding B.V., trading as Tommy Murr. You do not need to give a reason when exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.

Submit your request

Complete the form below using the name and email address associated with your order. In the Comment field, include:

your order number;
the product or products concerned;
the date you received the order; and
the statement: “I withdraw from my purchase.”

The phone field is optional. After submission, we will send an acknowledgement and return instructions to the email address you provide.

Withdrawal period

Consumers in the European Union can normally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. After notifying us, the goods must be sent back within 14 days. Your statutory rights are not dependent on our prior approval.

Return postage

You pay the direct return-postage cost for a change-of-mind return or statutory withdrawal. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, say so in the form and do not return it until we provide instructions. Tommy Murr will cover reasonable return costs when the return is our responsibility.
